Charity Rides
Club members have participated in various charity rides and events in Central Arkansas. From as far away as McGehee to as close as Little Rock; here are a few we have found enjoyable. Some information may change over time, check the registration link for the most up to date information.
Cardiac Classic
The Cardiac Classic is presented by Arkansas Heart Hospital has moved to late March. The ride begins at Burns Park in North Little Rock, Arkansas and stretches out to the Roland and Wye communities by way of the Big Dam Bridge and Two Rivers Bridge and Park, past Pinnacle Mountain. With the three routes to choose from (20 miles, 50 miles or the 63 mile metric century) the riders will find a great balance of “flats,” “climbs,” and “curves” to challenge their cycling skills. The typical ride lasts from 2 – 4 hours depending on the route chosen and the physical ability of the rider.

Tour de Hoot
Tour De Hoot is an annual bike ride in early May that is a fundraiser for the McGehee Boy’s and Girl’s Club of McGehee, Arkansas. The rides ranges from 25 to 100 mile routes on FLAT paved rural roads, with police and sag support. Each registered participant will receive a swag bag that will include Tour de Hoot socks. There will be indoor and outdoor camping available, as well as showers after the event. Through educational programs, community outreach, sports and athletic activities, and feeding programs, The Boys and Girls Club of McGehee reaches well over 800 youth annually.

Tour de Toad
An official event of Toad Suck Daze festival in early May, Tour de Toad raises funds to increase adult literacy in central Arkansas, while encouraging a healthy lifestyle and cycling. Cyclists can pick amoung three routes: a 10 mile (Family Ride), 25 mile (Intermediate), and 50 mile (Half-Century) route starting from Conway Municipal Airport . The three routes increase in intensity as you go up in miles, perfect for all levels of cyclists! Each route is fully SAG supported with aid stations and bathrooms.

Tour de Salvation
Your registration fee benefits The Salvation Army's Pathway of Hope program. This program provides individualized services to families with children who desire to take action to break the cycle of crisis and vulnerability that repeats generation after generation. It seeks to address the root causes of poverty in addition to The Army’s history of compassionate serving. By helping families overcome challenges like unemployment, unstable housing, and lack of education, we can lead families down a path toward increased stability and, ultimately, self-sufficiency. Tour de Rock
Tour de Rock is Central Arkansas's favorite charity cycling event in early June featuring the fastest Century Ride in the south. Cyclists of all abilities can choose a 25, 50, 62 , 80 or 100 mile ride. Pancake-flat courses, very well-supported ride with and plenty of rest stops. This annual bicycle ride in North Little Rock, Arkansas benefits CARTI (Central Arkansas Radiation Therapy Institute), a not-for-profit health-care organization that provides the finest-quality radiation therapy and compassionate patient care to cancer patients in Arkansas and the surrounding states.

Big Dam Bridge 100
"The Big Dam Bridge 100 is an annual Little Rock, Arkansas event that celebrates the "Big Dam Bridge" over the Arkansas River. The 4226-foot bridge is the longest bridge built for pedestrian and bicycle traffic in North America, and connects over 15 miles of scenic riverside trails between Little Rock and North Little Rock. The Big Dam Bridge 100 offers several routes ranging between 10 and 100 miles, with some beautiful mountain and river scenery, as well as a few challenging hills on the longer routes." Tour da' Delta
The Tour da' Delta is an annual fall bike ride held in memory of Tom Kinnebrew, an avid cyclist and promoter of cycling in Helena and the Delta region. The unique route takes cyclists across the Mississippi River, around a beautiful cypress filled lake, through the St. Francis National Forest, and experience the Civil War when passing Ft. Curtis and other landmarks. Cyclists can choose from four route options: a metric century (62 mile), a 30 mile or 14 mile route and a 35 mile gravel grind. At the conclusion of the ride a delicious barbecue lunch will be provided.
